How long does shipping take?
Please give us at least a week to ship your plant out. Once the plant has been shipped, the plant will travel with priority shipping. Shipping takes 1-3 business days. We only ship with USPS.
What happens if my plant is damaged in transit or lost in the mail?
We will ship a new one out. Please contact us asap, our availability changes weekly.
Do I need heat packs for shipping?
If the weather in your city drops below 40 degrees F we recommend one heat pack per plant.
Can I use my digital gift card at the brick and mortar store?
Absolutely.
Can you help with plant design for my business?
Absolutely! We offer personalized plant consultation and design services to create a lush and inviting environment tailored to your style and space.
Are all your plants pet-friendly?
We have a selection of pet-friendly plants, but not all our plants are safe for pets. Be sure to ask our staff for guidance if you have furry friends at home.
